Who should participate?
Leading Learning @ RevUP is intended for association learning business professionals who have substantial responsibility for revenue generation from their educational events and programming.
What is a learning business?
A learning business markets and sells continuing education, professional development, and/or lifelong learning to adults. Learning businesses include trade and professional associations, training firms, academic continuing education divisions, and others serving the market for adult lifelong learning. In the case of Leading Learning @ RevUP, our focus is specifically on association-based learning businesses.
When and where does Leading Learning @ RevUP take place?
Both the pre-event and the main RevUP Summit are happening in Annapolis, MD, at the Graduate Hotel. The pre-event will take place on November 19, and the main RevUP Summit will take place November 20-21. There is a room block at the Graduate Hotel.
What’s the agenda for the Leading Learning @ RevUP pre-event?
We’ll continue shaping and refining the details for the half-day pre-event, but we’ll begin at 12 noon on November 19, end around 5 pm, and then enjoy a reception with the larger RevUP group. Below are the topics and activities currently planned.
- Welcome, opening comments, and lunch
- “The Learning Business Landscape: Revenue Perspective,” opening keynote (Jeff Cobb & Celisa Steele)
- “How You Sell: Business and Selling Models,” peer panel and facilitated discussion
- “What You Sell: Products, Packages, and Positioning,” peer panel and facilitated discussion
- “Leading a Culture of Revenue: The Learning Business Perspective,” closing keynote (Jamie Notter)
- Reception with RevUP attendees
How much does the Leading Learning @ RevUP pre-event cost?
The fee for the pre-event is $395. Pre-event registrants can enjoy a $250 discount when also registering for the RevUP Summit November 20-21.
Will you record the sessions?
What are the registration options?
You may choose to attend just the pre-event on November 19, just the RevUP Summit on November 20-21, or both. You’ll save $250 on the RevUP Summit registration fee when registering for both.
Is CAE credit available?
Tagoras, the company behind Leading Learning, is a CAE Registered Provider. We plan to submit the Leading Learning @ RevUP pre-event for CAE approval so that your participation in the pre-event may be used in support of an initial CAE application or a CAE renewal.
What if I attend and don’t find it valuable?
We believe the Leading Learning @ RevUP pre-event will be valuable for attendees, and we’re offering a money-back guarantee.
